Scense B.V. has recently completed their first investment round from
Solid Ventures, a venture capital fund aimed at investing in young,
innovative Dutch IT organizations. Solid Ventures is one of the parties
who have received funding from TechnoPartner Seed-facility, initiated
by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Shareholders in Solid Ventures
are the management, represented by Floris van Alkemade, Herman deLatte en
Robert Wilhelm, together with a group of private investors who all have a
successful track record as entrepreneur or investor in the ICT and Media
industry. The investment will be used for further development of the
innovative, user based, desktop and notebook management solutions offering
IT-departments real-time insight and management in all desktops and
applications. In addition Scense aims to swiftly increase their channel
activities and international expansion.
