Mondriaan onderwijsgroep chooses Scense 4.0.

Scense is proud to announce the agreement with the Mondriaan onderwijsgroep on the implementation of Scense 4.0. Scense’s products will be used to deliver a stable and conflictfree desktop-environment to the 20.000 students of the Mondriaan onderwijsgroep 

 

Last year Mondriaan started with the implementation of SVS of Altiris to be able to provide conflict-free desktops to the end-users. SVS by itself did not meet the requirements regarding scalability and manageability, so Mondriaan onderwijsgroep contacted Scense. 

 

With Scense 4.0, students will be provided, independent of location and desktop, with exactly the applications, data and settings needed at a specific time and for a specific course. By implementing Scense 4.0, students and trainers will be completely flexible and not tied to a specific training-location or desktop. The workload of the IT-department will be reduced as ad-hoc installation and removal of applications prior to class will no longer be necessary and no more time is spend on repairing conflicts.

 

The first phase of this project will be the implementation of 5000 users.
