Scense is keen to provide the best support possible for its products and to provide new functionality for both our existing and new customers. As part of the evolution of the products we will periodically announce that a version of our products or an environment is approaching the end of its supported life (EOL).

The Scense EOL policy is to provide support to the current release version plus the previous major version, its minor versions and its service pack releases. All versions prior to the previous major version are considered end of life products.

When a product or part of our product reaches its end of life date, it will be denoted as end of life on the Scense website and Scense blog. The following conditions apply to all end of life products:

1. Scense will no longer provide technical support for this version of the product.
2. Scense will not fix any defects in this version of the product.
3. Scense will actively support the current release version of the product along with all release versions of its preceding major version.

Announcement

With the release of Scense Workspace Management version 7.0, in march 2010, Scense no longer supports the following products and environments:

1. Versions of Scense Workspace Management Suite prior to 6.0.
2. Windows 2000.

All earlier versions of the Scense Workspace Management Suite are End of Life
