Software and Support (SnS)

The Software and Support (SnS) offering is intended to provide customers and partners with a mechanism by which they can easily communicate technical issues and questions they are having. When purchasing licenses  SnS is mandatory for the first year, and renewable annually. Customer can choose to purchase multiple years of SnS upfront and receive an additional discount. The standard SnS contains the following support and services:

All product releases (minor and major upgrades)
Product documentation
Access to the Scense Helpdesk

Helpdesk

Our dedicated helpdesk staff will support your daily operations with Scense and will guarantee short communication lines to deliver fast and high quality solutions. The standard SnS includes email and telephone support from 9.00 to 17.00 CET from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with a targeted 4 hours response time.
