Hi Kars,
We've seen this happen a couple of times now and at this point we're not entirely sure what's causing it.
It seems to have a dependency on certain SQL Db and .NET SQL Client versions.
The workaround is to run the attached database script to create the new tables.
Please don't forget to update the domain group in the GRANT statements to suit your domain.

The attached sql script is valid for Service Point V1.0 and might not be valid for future versions of the Service Point
